  • Ulaanbaatar – via Chinggis Khaan Statue Complex -85km

    • This symbolic landmark is known as the Zaisan Hill Memorial was erected by the Russians in honor of unknown Soviet soldiers deceased during World War II. A long stretch of almost 300 stairs will take you to the top of the Memorial with a full view of the city.
    • Visit to Giant Statue of Chinggis Khaan towering at 40ms height on the bank of Tuul River facing symbolically its birthplace, the direction East. As the legend says, the great king found a golden whip, which for nomads meant a symbol of immense fortune and victory.
    • Stopover by a Kazakh family. Fine dining with a local host family.

    Nomadic Kazak family – Terelj National Park 75km

    • Continue with the journey to Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, a place of granite formations created by natural erosions, slopes covered with pine and larch, fields shattered with colorful wildflowers, pristine rivers, and lakes.
    • Short stop at one of the highlights of the park, Turtle shaped rock and hiking to the Aryapalo Meditation Center.
    • Return back to Ulaanbaatar. Transfer to your accommodation. (L)
